This program was created for the Muslimah who seeks to return to the natural, undisturbed, and deeply spiritual design of childbirth: the way of tawakkul.

The Muslimah who seeks to step away from the fear-based, over-medicalized approach to birth.

I’ve created this course as guidance for the Muslimah who wants to experience pregnancy, birth and motherhood as acts of devotion and worship to Allah through giving birth at home, in it’s most raw and natural form, and truly embracing the natural design of Allah.

Making the decision to give birth outside of a medicalized system—or even simply reclaiming your authority while navigating the overwhelming options around pregnancy and birth—can feel intimidating and confusing. Many women sense that the mainstream model does not align with their values, but they aren’t sure how to move forward with clarity and confidence.

This course was created to guide you through that process with wisdom, gentleness, and depth.
Drawing upon authentic Islamic teachings, the natural design Allah created for women, and experience supporting mothers in undisturbed, natural birth, Childbirth with Tawakkul: The Fitrah Way provides a comprehensive education for the Muslim woman who seeks a safe, peaceful, and empowered homebirth or freebirth.

You’ll move step-by-step from pregnancy through postpartum, gaining a clear understanding of how birth actually works—physiologically, emotionally, and spiritually. You’ll find answers to the questions most women have when preparing for a homebirth or freebirth, and you’ll learn how to ground your decisions in knowledge, tawakkul, sabr, and shukr.

The course also includes reflective tools and heart-work that help you dismantle fear, challenge limiting beliefs, and remove the internal barriers that often hold women back. These insights don’t just transform birth—they strengthen you in every area of your life, including motherhood.

This is the kind of preparation that allows a woman to step into her birth with clarity, serenity, and full trust in Allah.

The Fitrah Way Method

The course is outlined through my Fitrah Way Method: the Fitrah is our innate disposition upon which Allah created us; Tawheed. The Fitrah Way Method is birth preparation that prepares the heart and mind upon tawheed and tawakkul; that Allah is the Creator and Sustainer of all things, and we trust in His Perfect Wisdom and that He is the Best of Creators who designed all things with precision and His measure; that includes birth and breastfeeding.

The Fitrah Way Method™ aims to preserve the natural physiology of pregnancy and birth by rejecting interference and disturbances to the natural process, focusing on wholesome Sunnah and traditionally inspired nutrition, transforming fear and pain into trust and wisdom, de-conditioning yourself from the mainstream birth culture, utilizing your pregnancy as a time of spiritual purification by attaching your heart to Allah, and letting birth unfold on its own as an act of devotional act of worship.

Why Homebirth/
Freebirth?

The home is a virtuous place for the Muslim woman and it is her sanctuary. A Muslim woman worships Allah the best in her home, and it is my belief and opinion that birth is not a necessity which requires a woman to leave her home; in fact, it is the opposite; leaving the home is the first intervention in childbirth that introduces unnecessary risk, while remaining at home supports and protects birth by giving it the beneficial environment to progress and unfold naturally as Allah designed it. This is what my Method teaches.

This course is the only Islamic, holistic childbirth education program that exists today that is completely free from secular, mainstream ideologies, and focuses on Homebirth and Freebirth specifically.

Tawakkul is one of the greatest acts of worship.
Tawakkul is not passive, and neither is choosing to birth at home. Tawakkul is an active state of the heart which combines taking the useful, beneficial means and trusting and relying solely upon Allah alone to provide for us.

Throughout this course, in shaa Allah, we will go deeply into learning about Freebirth, Homebirth, and Self-Directed Pregnancy with Tawheed, and strong Iman and ‘Aqeedah as the foundation, combined with a true understanding of physiological, natural birth and breastfeeding.

Rooted in authentic Islamic knowledge, classical wisdom, and the physiological science of birth, this course will guide you to understand birth as ‘ibadah: an act of worship.

Through each module, you will learn to detach from dependency on the industrial medical system, to reawaken trust in Allah’s design, and to approach pregnancy and birth as a spiritual path of tazkiyah: purification of the soul.

Every lesson is both intellectual and heart-centered, grounded in the Qur’an and Sunnah upon the understanding of the Salaf, with guidance from the trustworthy, reliable scholars like Ibn Qayyim, Imam Abd ar-Rahman as-Sa’di, Shaykh Al-Albani, Shaykh ibn al-Uthaymeen, Shaykh Fawzan, Shaykh Abd ar-Razzaq al Badr, etc.

What Makes This Course Different From Other Childbirth Education Classes and Programs?

There are many birth educators out there, but very few teach birth through the lens of the Qur’an and Sunnah with the modesty, spiritual depth, and understanding that Muslim women deserve, not to mention there are NO holistic Salafi-grounded childbirth education programs that support and prepare Muslimahs to give birth at home.

Childbirth with Tawakkul: The Fitrah Way offers:

A Freebirth and Outside of the system perspective - the course is for sisters who desire to give birth in the safety and privacy of their homes, outside of the hospital.

Rooted in authentic Islamic knowledge — built entirely upon Qur’an, Sunnah, and the understanding of the Salaf.

Integrates physiology and spirituality - bridging scientific understanding with divine design.

Rejects the culture of fear - replaces it with faith, wisdom, and embodiment of tawheed.

Guides you holistically - from pre-birth preparation to postpartum healing.

Teaches through gentleness and reflection - every lesson invites you to contemplate, to act, and to worship.
